All items must be un-used, un-installed, new resalable condition, and still in the original manufacturer packaging. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the part to us for a refund of the part only minus 15% restocking fee. We DO NOT accept returns on Electrical Parts or special ordered items (Non Stocking Parts). We don’t issue RMA numbers, just send the item back to address on invoice with a copy of invoice.

Plano Power Equipment offers a variety of shipping options so your order arrives when you need it. At the time of check out you will be able to select the shipping method that works best for you. We ship through UPS and USPS.
There may be additional shipping charges for over-sized or overweight items. If any additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you prior to shipping your package.

We try to ship most orders within one business day; how ever we don’t guarantee all items are in stock. If you requested expedited shipping and we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you. In order to get same day shipping your order needs to be submitted prior to 10am Central Standard Time. If you place an order after 10am and need it shipped, call us at 972-423-5220. We will do our best to get your order out.

Upon delivery of your package, please immediately check the contents for accuracy. If you find a discrepancy please contact us immediately. If we made the error, we will correct it at no additional charge to you.
If there is noticeable damage of your package make sure carrier notates it prior to dropping off. If you believe your parts were damaged or lost during shipment, please contact us immediately. At that time we will communicate with shipping carrier on your behalf. Do not throw away the box or any contents of package, as it could result in carrier denying claim.
